Michelle’s reputation as an accomplished Family Law solicitor is well established and over the past 20 years, she has represented a huge number of clients in all aspects of Family Law, including Residence/Custody, Contact Cases and Care Cases, Divorces and Matrimonial Settlements/Separation Orders.
In the field of domestic violence, she has successfully secured Non Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders, ensuring the protection of victims of domestic violence and securing the criminal prosecution of perpetrators of violence.
Michelle Crilly LLB, Solicitor Advocate obtained her education at Queen’s University Belfast. She graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Role of Solicitors in Northern Ireland, in 1992. Michelle was apprenticed to a city firm and has specialised in Family Law in a number of law firms, over the last two decades.
Michelle has dedicated her career to the practice of Children Law and Family Law and deals with client issues in a sensitive and compassionate manner. She is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland/ National Institute for Trial Advocacy and holds a Certificate in Advanced Advocacy.
Michelle is a long-standing member of the Children Order Panel, and was selected on the prestigious panel appointed to represent children by the Northern Ireland Guardian ad Litem Agency (NIGALA) Solicitor Panel.
